MISSION STATEMENT
(engelsk version)
1.Through consulting and project management ICMM will assist culture and media institutions to develop further than they thought it possible. ICMM will assist managers and institutions to work very efficient in their own environment (be it local, national or international) on delivering unique artistic and entertaining experiences and projects which will enlarge the individual and the community's life experience and expand the respect and need for the culture and media institution itself.

2. ICMM will assist managers in working professionally with strategy, artistic programming and financial management and project management by focusing on productivity, efficiency, creativity, and unique experiences for the audiences and fun and positive work situations.

3. ICMM will create a competence sharing network (the ICMM-forum web-site) and publish booklets about all relevant aspects of culture and media management and offer interactivity to customers and ICMM members through the ICMM web site.
